- Presentation time is limited to 10 minutes, except for Plenary Lectures.
- Speakers are kindly asked to stay in the hall during the time foreseen for discussion.
- Posters will be displayed on board size 70 x 100 cm (width x height) in the hall according to schedule. Posters should be prepared in English language and displayed at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session will start.
- Authors are obliged to present the poster orally for 2 minutes within the poster section, after which a discussion will be conducted by the moderators of the section.
- Oral or poster presentations will not be allowed unless the registration fee has been paid (except for Plenary Lectures).
