Registration

Note

Papers with a positive reviewer’s opinion will be published in the Book of Abstracts or in the Proceedings if at least one registration fee was paid per paper by January 15, 2016.

Participants should present their payment slips at registration (if not faxed before to the Symposium secretariat). After presenting the payment slip, each participant will receive the Congress Proceedings/Book of Abstracts in electronic version (USB stick) and a badge, which has to be worn whenever entering in the lecture halls.

The Congress Registration Desk will be open for on-site registration at the following times:

Monday February 15, 2016 16:00 - 20:00
Tuesday - Thursday February 16 - 18, 2016 7:30 - 19:00

Deadlines are mandatory and they will not be prolonged.

Paid after 15 January 2016 EUR 150.00

Registration fees are paid by all Symposium participants and entitle them to: participation in the Symposium, badge and USB stick.

Registration fees may be also paid to the organizers during the Symposium.

Payment slips should contain the name and surname of participant and the name of his/her institution/company. Please send your payment slip by fax to ++ 385 1 23 93 687 (Symposium secretariat) and bring the bank order copy with you. Institution/company that is paying registration fees for several participants should send list of their participants on e-mail sa@agr.hr.

Visas

Participant who are subject to visa requirement are obliged to apply for a visa prior to their entry into the Republic of Croatia, at the responsible Croatian diplomatic mission/consular post. For more information please visit web-page.

Please note that the Organizer will provide participants with visa supporting documents only by sending the request by e-mail to sa@agr.hr by January 11, 2016 at latest.
